Leonidoff Field

Leonidoff Field contains a stadium with an amphitheater-style seating structure made of stone and precast concrete, designed to hold around 5,000 people. The facility includes a field house on the ground level with locker rooms, medical training areas, storage, concessions, and public restrooms.

The facility was designed by Skidmore Owings Merrill and opened in 1968 as a modern sporting venue. In 2006, it underwent significant renovations that added new press facilities and premium seating areas.

The facility hosts Kingston Stockade FC soccer matches and serves as the athletic center for Marist College students and supporters. Sports fans gather here regularly to watch local teams compete, making it a gathering place for the regional sports community.

The venue is accessible with parking available and easy to reach from surrounding areas. The best time to visit is during the sports season from spring through fall when matches and games are scheduled.

Some of the best seating areas offer views across the Hudson River toward the Poughkeepsie Bridge, adding a scenic dimension to the sports experience. These premium spots allow visitors to watch events while taking in the surrounding landscape.
