Minnehaha Grange Hall, Historic agricultural meeting hall in Edina, United States.
Minnehaha Grange Hall is a one-story frame building with a gable roof, decorative stick-work, and an open entry portico supported by square posts. It now sits in Tupa Park near Minnesota State Highway 100 and Eden Avenue.
Built in 1879 as a meeting place for farmers, the hall served as Edina's village hall from 1888 to 1942. During those years, major decisions were made there, including the formal naming of the town.
The hall served as a gathering place where farming families connected over shared agricultural interests and community concerns. Women held key roles within the organization, which was unusual for its time.
The building is located in a public park and relatively easy to locate by following local roads. Dress warmly when exploring the grounds, especially during cooler months.
The structure was relocated twice: first in 1935 to make room for a church, then again in 1970 to its current spot in Tupa Park. These moves show how the community protected its historical building through changing times.
