One City Center

One City Center is a 13-story office building at Monument Square in Portland with a large five-story atrium containing a food court, retail spaces, and various services. The open interior area creates space for meetings, events, and daily activities for both workers and visitors.

The building was completed in 1985 and marked a significant new construction on the site. Its creation came during a period of economic transformation in downtown Portland.

The building functions as a central business hub in Portland, housing Bank of America's northern New England operations and numerous corporate offices.
