Built in 1924 by Prior and Church company, the roller coaster operated for 43 years until Riverview Park closed permanently in 1967.
The roller coaster influenced the development of thrill rides in North America, setting standards for wooden coaster construction and safety measures.
The structure measured 64.75 feet in height and featured a primary drop of 59.58 feet, making it one of the largest coasters of its time.
Following a rollback incident, the entire coaster underwent modifications and remained closed for a full operating season to ensure passenger safety.
