Tri-State Warbird Museum

The Tri-State Warbird Museum displays World War II aircraft next to Clermont County Airport, featuring both planes that can still fly and others presented as static displays. The collection includes different warbird types from the 1940s era that have been carefully restored to working condition.

The museum was founded in 2003 and opened to visitors in 2005 as a private initiative. Since then, it has preserved warbirds and their stories for future generations.

The barracks display offers a window into how military personnel lived and worked during wartime, revealing the routines and conditions that shaped soldiers' daily experiences. Walking through these spaces helps visitors understand the human side of service beyond the aircraft themselves.

The museum welcomes visitors during scheduled hours on select days of the week. It's best to check ahead to confirm when the facility is open for visits.

Many of the displayed aircraft are still flown today to demonstrate their original function. This gives visitors the chance to see the machines in action rather than only in static displays.
