University Square

University Square is a large complex with retail spaces, student apartments, and university administrative offices spread across multiple connected buildings. The development brings together shopping, housing, and campus services in one central location.

Development started in 1999 under Executive Management Inc and was finished in 2008 after extensive urban planning efforts. The complex was built to meet the needs of the growing university community and student population.

The upper floor hosts UpperHouse, a space where students and community members gather for religious meetings and social activities throughout the year.

Visitors can explore the complex easily on foot since all functions are organized within connected buildings. The downtown location makes it walkable and offers multiple entrances for convenient access to different areas.

The complex houses the student radio station WSUM, which broadcasts directly from within the development. This station is run entirely by students and serves as an outlet for campus media and programming.
