Developers Bing & Bing commissioned architect Emery Roth to design this Gothic-inspired building, which was completed in 1916 during Manhattan's residential construction expansion.
The building's medieval-style carved figures near the main entrance represent the Bing brothers, while British author P.G. Wodehouse lived among its residents.
The co-operative apartment building provides doorman service, a gym, bike storage, and access to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
