The Jefferson Standard Building reaches a height of 374 feet with 18 floors, featuring terra cotta and granite exterior materials throughout its structure.

Completed in 1923, the structure remained the tallest building between Washington DC and Atlanta until the Nissen Building surpassed it in 1927.

The building includes a prominent bust of Thomas Jefferson at its entrance, with decorative elements representing economic themes across its ground floor.

The U-shaped design of the Jefferson Standard Building maximizes natural light and ventilation, with commercial spaces opening onto interior hallways.

The building contains 23 carloads of marble in its construction and houses the headquarters for life insurance operations of Lincoln Financial Group.
