Rain

Rain is a town in the Donau-Ries district of southern Bavaria and sits at 402 meters (1,319 feet) above sea level. It connects to neighboring communities through established regional roads that form the local transportation network.

Rain underwent several administrative changes over time and was part of the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Rain, a shared administrative body. The town separated from this joint administration in June 2021.
