Stones Fan Museum, Rock music museum in Lüchow, Germany.
The Stones Fan Museum is a rock museum in Lüchow housed in a former supermarket building. The exhibition space displays a large collection of memorabilia, instruments, golden records, and other items centered on the legendary British band.
Ulrich Schröder founded this museum in 2011 after attending all three Rolling Stones concerts during their 1965 German tour. His decades-long passion for the band ultimately led to creating this dedicated space.
The museum displays photographs, artwork by Ron Wood, posters, and signed items that connect visitors to the band. The collection shows how the Rolling Stones influenced multiple generations of fans.
The museum is located near the center of Lüchow and is relatively easy to reach. Visiting is straightforward, and the attached Irish pub offers opportunities for food or drinks during your stay.
A 40 meter mural by artist Heino Jacobsen covers the exterior of the building, depicting key moments from the Rolling Stones' career. This artwork was created in 2012 to mark the band's fiftieth anniversary.
