Fichtepark, Public park in Plauen district, Dresden, Germany.
The Fichtepark spans 2.5 hectares with walking paths, grassy areas, a pond, and two remaining sculptures depicting children with aquatic animals.
The park opened in 1891 as Westendpark, funded by the Bienert Foundation and designed by Prussian court gardener Carl Hampel following a public competition.
The park grounds formerly displayed eight sculptures representing different moods, though only two sculptures survived the events of 1945.
Visitors can access the park from Bernhardstraße, Großmannstraße, or Westendring, with the restored pond serving as a central water feature.
The 27-meter Bismarckturm, later renamed Fichteturm, stands within the park as a prominent architectural element constructed in 1896.
