Coschützer Höhe is a residential and commercial building with a pub at Karlsruher Straße 1, on the corner of Cunnersdorfer Straße in Dresden's Coschütz district. Built in 1897, it is a protected monument. The pub consists of a bar room and two club rooms; the ground floor was restored after 2002 and used again as a pub by various operators.

The building was erected in 1897 at the corner of Karlsruher Straße 1 and Cunnersdorfer Straße in Coschütz. In 1947 the restaurant was taken over by the state-owned HO, and the premises later stood largely empty. After 2002 the house was fully restored and the ground floor was again run as a restaurant by various operators.

The name Coschützer Höhe is shared with a side street off Cunnersdorfer Straße, so the building's name is easily confused with the street's. Inside, the pub area consists of a Schankstube and two club rooms (Vereinszimmer), a layout tied to local association life.

The building stands at Karlsruher Straße 1, on the corner where Cunnersdorfer Straße meets it. Do not confuse it with the side street of the same name off Cunnersdorfer Straße. The ground floor has been used by changing restaurant operators since the restoration after 2002, so check the current use before setting out.

The name Coschützer Höhe also belongs to a side street off Cunnersdorfer Straße, so the building at Karlsruher Straße 1 is easily confused with it. The pub itself had a Schankstube and two club rooms, taken over by the state HO chain in 1947.
