Kloster und Gymnasium Maria Königin

Kloster und Gymnasium Maria Königin is an educational complex with modern buildings and a church topped with a cross, located on elevated ground in Altenhundem. The site spans a large area with various school buildings, sports facilities, and residential spaces for monks and students.

The institution began with a mission school founded in 1920, initially housed in Schloss Adolfsburg in Oberhundem. The relocation to the current site marked a new chapter, and the monastery church was consecrated in 1959.
