Klosterhof 28, Medieval baker's house in Maulbronn, Germany.
The timber-framed structure combines a sandstone ground floor with protruding roof sections and visible exterior floor beams on the upper level.
Built around 1520, this building served as the monastery's bakery, with the ground floor housing donkeys belonging to millers and bakers.
The structure displays regional architectural elements through its cruck roof construction and notched decorations on corner and intermediate posts.
The building stands as part of the Maulbronn Monastery complex, which remains open to visitors throughout the year with seasonal operation hours.
The covered staircase on the gable side leads to an upper floor where structural elements deliberately remain visible as architectural features.
