Cova des Coloms, Limestone cave in Es Migjorn Gran, Spain.
Located within the Binigaus Ravine, this cave extends 100 meters deep with walls reaching 24 meters in height and 15 meters in width.
Archaeological excavations in the cave revealed multiple artifacts from the Talaiotic Period, including ceramic pottery, bronze horns, and human remains dating back to 550 BC.
The interior limestone formations resemble the architectural elements of religious buildings, leading to its local designation as the Cathedral Cave.
Visitors can reach the cave through a marked trail starting near the cemetery of Es Migjorn Gran, following a 30-minute walk through the ravine.
The cave maintains a constant temperature throughout the year and houses numerous pigeons, which inspired its name Coloms in the local language.
