Playa Santo Tomás

Playa Santo Tomás is a southern coastal beach in es Migjorn Gran featuring a wide crescent of fine white sand along the Mediterranean Sea. Rocky cliffs rise at both ends of the bay, creating a natural enclosed setting for swimmers and sunbathers.

The beach transformed from a natural coastal area into a developed resort destination during Menorca's tourism expansion in the 1970s. This period brought infrastructure and residential developments to the surrounding region.

The beach maintains strong connections with British and Spanish visitors, who regularly return to their second residences in the surrounding urbanization.

An underwater cave system lies near the adjacent Binicodrell section, attracting snorkelers and divers to explore below the surface. This geological feature extends the appeal of the shoreline beyond the sandy beach alone.
