The Círculo Oscense is an Art Nouveau building in Huesca with symmetrical facades, four octagonal corner towers, and a central section topped by a pediment. The ground floor functions as a casino while the second floor contains various spaces for cultural events and gatherings.
The building was designed in 1901 by Ildefons Bonells i Reixach and originally served as headquarters for the Liberal Party and clubhouse for a society founded by Manuel Camo Nogués. This foundation reflected the political and social climate of the early modern era in Huesca.
The building hosts the Huesca International Film Festival, art exhibitions, and concerts throughout the year. These events shape the cultural life of the city and draw visitors from across the region.
The building is located in downtown Huesca and is easily accessible on foot. Access to the second floor and event spaces is usually available to visitors during daytime hours when no private functions are taking place.
The entrance door was hand-crafted by Francisco Arnal and combines ornate arabesque work with regional elements. This craftsmanship shows the attention to detail typical of Art Nouveau design.
