Coventry Transport Museum, Transport museum in Coventry, United Kingdom.
The museum displays more than 240 cars, 100 motorcycles, and 200 bicycles across multiple exhibition halls in a dedicated building near city center.
The institution opened in 1980, reflecting Coventry's central role as a manufacturing hub for British automotive and bicycle industries throughout the 20th century.
Each gallery presents vehicles and artifacts that document the evolution of British transportation, from early bicycles to modern race cars and speed record holders.
The museum opens Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with admission fees ranging from free for young children to £16.50 for adults.
Visitors can examine Thrust SSC and Thrust 2, two British jet-powered vehicles that established land speed records in 1983 and 1997 respectively.
