Orchardleigh Estate

Orchardleigh Estate is a country property in Somerset featuring a Victorian mansion set within extensive parkland and natural features. The grounds contain two churches, a substantial lake, and an 18-hole golf course, with historic buildings distributed across the landscape.

The current mansion was designed by Thomas Henry Wyatt in 1856 for William Duckworth with Elizabethan revival features. The land itself has much older roots, as evidenced by neolithic burial remains found on the property during early 1800s excavations.
