Beckington Castle, Grade II* listed castle in Beckington, England

The three-storey stone castle features three gables with copings and finials at the front and two similar gables on each side.

The castle was built in the early 17th century by William Long, a clothier and benefactor of Beckington Church, on the site of a medieval structure.

From 1945 to 1970, the building served as Ravenscroft School, marking an important educational period in the local community's development.

Systems Engineering & Assessment Ltd restored the castle between 1995 and 1996, transforming it into their corporate headquarters after years of deterioration.

The property gained attention in real estate history as potentially the first house in England marketed with ghost stories as a selling point.
