St Mary's Church

St Mary's Church is a Victorian building constructed in the Gothic Revival style and fitted with nine stained glass windows crafted by John Hardman. The masonry features grey sandstone with quatrefoil clerestory windows that display the careful craftsmanship of the period.

The building was constructed in the mid-19th century and was consecrated soon after its completion. It served as an important new religious center for the expanding neighborhood during that era.
