Kilmory Castle, Gothic-revival country house in Lochgilphead, Scotland.

Kilmory Castle features an L-shaped layout with an octagonal tower at the south-west corner, surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens and parkland.

The property belonged to the Campbell family for over 250 years until 1828, when Sir John Orde acquired it and replaced the old house with the current structure.

The gardens of this Category B listed building form part of a country park, providing a space for community events and outdoor activities.

The castle operates as the headquarters of the Argyll and Bute Council, with public access available to explore the surrounding grounds and gardens.

Local records mention the presence of a church at Kilmory during the 1550s, when the Abbot of Paisley controlled the lands.
