Chiesa della Compagnia della Disciplina della Santa Croce

The church features a seventieth-century facade with large Ionic pilasters and a central portal made of piperno stone with a circular tympanum.

Founded in 1290 as a chapel, the church closed in 1485 under King Ferrante I of Naples when nobles of the Compagnia participated in the Baron's Conspiracy.

The interior contains an eighteenth-century majolica floor created by Giuseppe Massa and a 1367 burial stone of Bartolomeo del Sasso.

The church reopened to the public in 2023 after extensive restoration works, including the restoration of garden frescoes and the oratory.

The complex includes a cloister with eighteenth-century frescoes depicting Jesus's life, though only the scene of Christ with the Samaritan woman remains.
