The building served as a central gathering place for international visitors, hosting conferences, balls, and religious services for different faith communities until World War I.
The villa contains a 100-square-meter atrium with an octagonal ceiling, multiple entertainment rooms, and spaces designed for social gatherings and leisure activities.
Following its casino era, the structure transformed through various roles, including a military facility during World War II and later becoming a private residence.
