The park's inauguration took place on September 26, 2020, marking a new chapter in recreational facilities for the Higashi-Ikebukuro neighborhood.
Industrial designer Eiji Mitooka incorporated the IKEBUKURO RED theme throughout the park, connecting its identity with the local transportation system.
The park operates daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one-hour time limit and requires online reservations to maintain a capacity of 80 visitors.
The park includes a mini steam locomotive that circles between miniature houses and an observation deck, creating an experience for children.
