The Midosuji Grand Tower stands 91.65 meters tall with 21 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, featuring stone-clad exterior walls.
Initially named Seiko Osaka Building upon its completion in January 1994, the structure was renamed Midosuji Grand Tower following its sale in 2015.
The building represents modern Japanese corporate architecture, housing major companies including Seiko Epson's laser printer design center and Johnson & Johnson offices.
The tower offers flexible office spaces ranging from 178 to 892 square meters, with seven elevators and parking capacity for 102 vehicles.
The thirteenth floor contains a conference room that accommodates 100 people, while the top floor houses the Japanese restaurant Ume no Hana.
