The structure currently houses multiple commercial tenants and is managed by the Osaka Norin Kaikan Corporation.

The building was designed and constructed in 1930 by Mitsubishi Corporation as their Osaka branch office. Following World War II, it transitioned to serve agricultural ministry operations and changed its institutional purpose.

The interior preserves original 1930s design elements like wooden railings, columns, and doors that reflect how Japanese offices were built and finished during that era. Walking through the hallways, visitors notice these handcrafted details that shaped daily work life at the time.

The building sits in central Osaka's commercial district and is easily reached by public transportation from nearby stations. It remains in regular use and maintenance, making it an accessible stop when exploring the area.
