Dresse Tower Shin-Tsunashima is a modern residential building with 29 floors above ground and 2 basement levels in Tsunashima-higashi, Yokohama. Built from reinforced concrete and structural steel, it reaches just under 100 meters in height and houses 252 residential units along with commercial and dining spaces on its lower levels.
The tower was designed by Tokyu Architects & Engineers and opened in October 2023 as part of the Shin-Tsunashima Square development project. This project marked a new phase of urban development in Kohoku Ward and brought modern housing alongside cultural facilities to the area.
The tower houses the Mizkey Hall on its fourth and fifth floors, where music performances and art events take place regularly. This cultural space shapes daily life in the building and gives visitors a chance to experience local artistic activities.
The tower connects directly to Shin-Tsunashima Station, making it easy for visitors to arrive and leave. Supermarkets and restaurants located on the lower floors provide convenient access to shopping and dining without leaving the building.
Residents can control apartment functions through smartphone apps, including air conditioning and bath filling systems from anywhere. This technology lets them manage comfort and daily routines flexibly without needing to be physically present in the building.
