The facility opened on March 27, 2021, as part of a development project connecting Manabi no Mori and Kakamigahara Shimin Park through the Park-PFI system.
The architectural design by Goboc Design Office incorporates wooden truss structures and glass walls to create an environment that stimulates children's imagination.
Visitors can access the facility via Kakamigahara City Hall Station or Shimin Koen Mae Station, with free municipal parking available for up to three hours.
The structure received the Kids Design Award in 2021 for its innovative approach to children's play spaces and educational environment design.
