Setagaya Business Square, Office tower in Setagaya, Japan
The 28-story Setagaya Business Square reaches a height of 120 meters and comprises eight interconnected buildings near Yoga Station.
The tower opened in September 1993 on former Tokyu Tamagawa Line depot grounds through a partnership between Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Real Estate.
The complex integrates gardens, promenades, and tree-lined walkways to create harmony between commercial activities and residential surroundings.
The building contains 315 parking spaces, 18 elevators, and direct access to Yoga Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line through underground passages.
The structure features cascading green rooftops on its mid-rise sections and serves as a transmitter location for FM Setagaya radio station.
