Fushimi Life Plaza, Office skyscraper in Sakae district, Nagoya, Japan
The Fushimi Life Plaza stands 80 meters tall with 15 floors above ground and 3 basement levels in central Nagoya.
The building opened in September 1995 as part of an urban redevelopment project that transformed the former Naka Fire Station site.
The building contains the Shachihata Education Center for senior citizens and the Environmental Learning Center, which promotes ecological awareness.
Visitors can access the building through Fushimi Station on both the Higashiyama and Tsurumai subway lines of the Nagoya Municipal Subway.
The Environmental Learning Center features a virtual studio with large screens where mascot character Kopa explains environmental issues.
