The T-shaped structure features three construction levels and an attic, following the Delftse School architectural principles established during its 1925 construction.
Originally built as Missiehuis Sint-Jan seminary, the building trained young men for missionary work until 1960 before transforming into a conference center.
The facility incorporates two notable buildings: the former Mission House Sint Jan and the Monastery Cenakel, both reflecting Dutch religious architectural heritage.
The center contains 130 hotel rooms with wireless internet access, 25 meeting spaces, three conference halls, and a restaurant focusing on international cuisine.
The 1968 fire necessitated reconstruction of multiple sections, including the bell tower and front facade, leading to the current architectural configuration.
