Stadion Florian Kryger, football stadium

Stadion Florian Kryger is a football ground in Szczecin, Poland, built around a natural grass pitch and offering seating for over 21,000 spectators across its stands. It serves as the home ground of Pogoń Szczecin and sits within the urban fabric of the city.

Work on the ground began in 1914 and it opened for matches in 1925, making it one of the older football venues in the region. In 2004, it was renamed after Florian Kryger, a coach who played a key role in developing football in the Szczecin area.

The section called Piekielko is where the most devoted home supporters gather on match days, filling that corner with chants and flags. Anyone attending a game can feel how this group sets the tone for the rest of the ground.

The stadium can be reached by tram or bus from different parts of the city, and there is parking available nearby for those arriving by car. On match days, coming a little early helps avoid crowding at the entrances.

Although the ground had existed for decades, it did not carry a person's name until 2004, which was relatively uncommon for a stadium of its size in Poland at the time. The name Florian Kryger is now so associated with Pogoń Szczecin that many locals simply call the place by his surname.
