Wieża widokowa na Jagodnej, Observation tower in Bystrzyckie Mountains, Poland.
Wieża widokowa na Jagodnej is a steel and wooden observation tower in the Bystrzyckie Mountains with a circular platform positioned at 19 meters (62 feet) above ground. The structure provides views toward the Orlickie Mountains and Śnieżnik Massif.
A first wooden observation structure was built in 1909, followed by a triangulation tower erected in 1939 that stood until the early 1960s. The current tower was constructed after this earlier structure was demolished.
The tower is part of the Polish Crown of Mountains collection and connects various hiking destinations across the border area. Visitors use it as a stopping point on longer trails through the region.
The tower is free to access and reached via an 8-kilometer blue trail from PTTK Jagodna Shelter. The route includes three rest platforms along the spiral stairs, allowing visitors to take regular breaks during the climb.
During winter, cross-country skiers access the tower via three dedicated loops with different lengths that range between 12 and 15 kilometers. These specialized winter routes make the location a seasonal destination for skiers seeking varied trail options.
