The Warsaw Hub, Office building complex in Warsaw, Poland
The Warsaw Hub is a complex of three towers in Warsaw, Poland, comprising two 130-meter high-rises and one 86-meter building, all joined by a shared five-story base. The lower levels house shops, restaurants, and services, while the towers contain offices, two hotels, and a conference center.
Construction began in early 2016 and was completed by mid 2020, with the complex later sold to Google in 2022. During the building phase, a fire broke out on the upper floors of one tower in June 2019, but no one was hurt and the structure was not damaged.
The name Hub reflects its role as a meeting point where business and city life come together. The ground floor is open to everyone, with cafes and shops that make it a natural crossing point for locals and office workers.
The complex sits right next to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, with a direct underground passage from the platform. The shared base is easy to navigate, and the area is well connected by tram and bus lines.
During construction, abstract paintings by Łukasz Stokowski were displayed on the climbing formwork and rose with the building, a first in Europe called the Sky Art Gallery. The complex also has a direct underground link to the metro station, allowing people to walk from the platform to the building without going outside.
