Place Vendôme Mall is a shopping mall in Lusail, Qatar. It has a curved, crescent-shaped building with a light beige facade, a flat roof, and a waterfront location, and it contains over 580 stores, restaurants, and cafes across four floors.
Construction began in 2014 and the mall opened in 2022 as part of the new city of Lusail. It was developed by a group of Qatari investors and has quickly become a major retail destination in the Doha area.
The name comes from the famous square in Paris, and the design borrows French classical elements like arcades and symmetrical facades. Visitors can watch the dancing fountain shows, which run every hour in the evening and draw crowds to the outdoor plaza.
The mall is easy to reach by car or taxi, with plenty of parking, and it is also connected to the Lusail Tram and Doha Metro. It is best to visit in the late afternoon or evening, when the outdoor areas are more comfortable and the fountains are running.
The mall uses an underground system that collects waste through pipes, separating recyclables from general trash. It also has a 3D laser show that accompanies the fountain displays at night.
