Lomonosovsky Garden

Lomonosovsky Garden is a public green space in Saint Petersburg featuring open meadows, mature trees, and curved pathways that wind through the grounds. The layout includes several open areas and shaded zones beneath the trees, creating natural sections that give the space its character.

The site began as hunting grounds and was later converted into a public recreation area under Catherine the Great's reign. In the early 1800s it received its current character with curved paths and open meadows that replaced earlier formal arrangements.
