The Military Builder Cooperative House is a residential building with a T-shaped floor plan and columns running along its upper facade facing Lubyansky Drive. Corner loggias project from the structure, creating a distinctive silhouette visible from the street.

The structure was built between 1934 and 1937 by architect A.I. Efimov, replacing the Church of the Transfiguration of the Savior on the site. This replacement marked the transformation of the area during the Soviet era.

The residence housed several prominent Soviet military figures in the late 1930s, whose presence shaped the building's social standing in the city.

The building has undergone recent renovations that restored its facade, replaced windows, and upgraded its technical systems. These improvements are visible when walking around the structure and viewing its refreshed appearance.

The sixth floor features continuous balconies in constructivist style, while each entrance displays windows of varying sizes. These details reveal the architectural thoughtfulness applied during the building's design and construction.
