The Morozov Estate features a grand main building with neo-baroque facade elements, decorated gates, and additional wings constructed during the 19th century.
Built between 1820 and 1830 on the foundation of an 18th-century structure, the estate was purchased by merchant Abram Morozov in 1860.
The estate demonstrates the architectural evolution of Moscow through various modifications by renowned architects Nikolai Rozov and Mikhail Chichagov.
The main building currently houses the Research Institute of Protein Synthesis while other sections are occupied by commercial organizations.
The estate expanded its territory to reach Malaya Alekseevskaya Street, now known as Stanislavsky Street, marking its significance in urban development.
