The Garden Pavilion is a stone structure with early 20th-century elements set within a maintained garden featuring pathways and green spaces. The structure comprises several sections that divide the grounds into distinct areas, offering visitors different perspectives of the complex.

The structure was built in 1911 at the end of the Imperial Russian period, when Moscow was experiencing new architectural trends. It underwent adaptations during the Soviet era but retained its original features, showing architectural continuity across political transformations.
