Public beach Långa Bryggan i Bjärred

The sand beach stretches along 200 meters near a 500-meter wooden pier, featuring white sand and shallow waters in the Öresund strait.

The original waterfront complex, constructed in 1901, included a cold bath house, promenade park, seaside hotel, and multiple restaurants near the coast.

The remaining old beech trees on the beach grounds stand as remnants of the former Saltsjöbad facility's historical park layout.

The beach provides public toilets near Parkallén, barbecue areas, showers, children's playground, and parking facilities next to Bjärred Saltsjöbad.

At the end of the 500-meter pier stands a cold bath house containing changing rooms, a sauna, and a restaurant overlooking Lommabukten bay.
