Harrison Gray Otis House II, Federal mansion in Beacon Hill, United States

The Harrison Gray Otis House II features four bays across three stories, with Corinthian pilasters adorning the second and third floor brick walls.

Charles Bulfinch designed this residence in 1800 for Harrison Gray Otis, a prominent Boston lawyer who later became the city's mayor.

The mansion represents the architectural preferences of wealthy early 19th-century Bostonians, with its Flemish bond brickwork and Chinese fretwork balconies.

The property maintains its original semicircular cobblestone driveway and lawn space, a rare feature in the dense Beacon Hill neighborhood.

This building appeared as the residence of Thomas Crown in the 1968 film starring Steve McQueen and in the television series Banacek.
