Miller Valley Veterans Monument, Bronze sculpture at Miller Brewing Company, Milwaukee, United States.
The Miller Valley Veterans Monument is a bronze sculpture at the Miller Brewing Company featuring an eagle with extended wings perched on three beer barrels. Standing about 20 feet (6 meters) tall, the work is displayed at the brewery's visitor center on State Street.
Created by artist Thomas Queoff in 2010, the monument honors six brewery workers who died in military service during World War II. Its creation marked official recognition of their sacrifice during a period when many industrial workers volunteered or were called to serve.
The memorial connects military symbolism with brewing tradition through its design and shows how important veterans are to the local community. The combination of an eagle and beer barrels speaks to visitors interested in both military and industrial heritage.
The monument is located at the Miller Brewing Company Visitor Center and can be seen during regular visiting hours. Its location on State Street makes it easy to reach when touring the brewery's facilities.
During the 2010 dedication ceremony, the brewery halted production for two hours to mark the occasion. The celebration featured a World War II era aircraft flyover and a 21-gun salute in honor of the fallen workers.
