National Mustard Museum, Food museum in Middleton, Wisconsin.
The National Mustard Museum displays over 6,000 varieties of mustard containers from 50 states and 70 countries in a dedicated exhibition space.
Founded in 1992 by Barry Levenson, former Assistant Attorney General of Wisconsin, the museum relocated from Mount Horeb to Middleton in 2009.
The museum exhibits demonstrate how different nations incorporate mustard into their traditional cuisines through specialized preparation methods and regional ingredients.
Visitors receive free admission to explore the museum daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, with a gift shop offering mustard tastings and merchandise.
The museum emerged from Levenson's collection, which started with a dozen jars after the Boston Red Sox's defeat in the 1986 World Series.
