Proctor's Theatre, Vaudeville theatre in downtown Schenectady, United States.

The three-story building features a stucco facade with Doric pilasters, garlands, and a grand marble staircase leading to upper offices.

Architect Thomas W. Lamb designed this 3,250-seat theatre, which opened in 1926 and received National Register of Historic Places recognition in 1979.

The theatre maintains three performance spaces: a 2,700-seat main stage, a 450-seat black box theatre, and a 100-seat intimate venue.

Visitors access the theatre through an arcade containing fourteen boutique spaces, with walnut-paneled box offices and red-carpeted reception areas.

The facility houses one of the northeastern United States' largest cinema screens, combining movie presentations with live performances throughout the year.
