T. R. Pugh Memorial Park, Historical water mill park in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

The three-acre T. R. Pugh Memorial Park contains an 1880s-style water-powered grist mill with concrete structures designed to replicate wood and metal elements.

Justin Matthews constructed the park in 1933 to honor Thomas R. Pugh, and the mill appeared in the opening sequence of Gone with the Wind in 1939.

Mexican artist Dionicio Rodriguez created the concrete sculptures throughout the park, representing one of the largest collections of his work in North America.

Located at 3800 Lakeshore Drive, the park offers free access to visitors and serves as a frequent location for photography sessions and wedding ceremonies.

The structure remains the only surviving filming location from the opening scenes of Gone with the Wind, earning its place on the National Register of Historic Places.
