The venue transformed from an opera house to a concert hall, hosting diverse performances from burlesque shows to rock concerts over different periods.
The theater maintains standing room for 1200 people and seated capacity for 600, making it suitable for various event formats and entertainment styles.
Following its closure in 2019, the building entered a renovation phase in 2022 to become an entertainment complex with concert spaces and dining facilities.
