Vines Center

The Vines Center is a large indoor arena located on Liberty University's campus in Lynchburg. The facility features a bowl-shaped seating arrangement with hardwood flooring, multiple entrances, and concession areas distributed throughout the circular structure.

The Vines Center opened in 1990 as a major expansion of Liberty University's campus facilities. The arena then hosted four consecutive Big South Conference basketball tournaments from 1995 to 1998, establishing itself as a regional sporting venue.

The center serves as Liberty University's main gathering space, where students attend mandatory convocations twice each week that bring the entire campus together. These regular assemblies shape the rhythm of student life and create a sense of shared community on campus.
