Suối Tiên Amusement Park, Theme park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Suối Tiên is an amusement park on Ha Noi Highway with over one hundred attractions across more than one hundred hectares, including water rides, temples, and mechanical attractions. The complex combines religious sites with pools, play areas, and gardens across several themed zones.
The site opened in the 1990s as one of the first large private leisure developments after the country's economic opening. Monuments to the Hung Kings and military leaders such as Tran Hung Dao and Hai Ba Trung were later added to the grounds.
The name means Fairy Spring and refers to legends about healing waters, which visitors see represented at temple entrances and dragon sculptures throughout the grounds. Families often come here during religious festivals, when the facilities are decorated with incense sticks and offerings.
The grounds are located about twenty kilometers east of the city center and open daily from eight in the morning until six in the evening. Visitors should plan several hours to explore the different areas and bring swimwear for the water sections.
The Tien Dong - Ngoc Nu section houses the country's first artificial beach with separate areas for adults and children plus several water slides. Many visitors miss the small shrines in the rear garden areas, where local guests often light incense.
