La Maison d'Eros

The museum was founded in October 2022 through an initiative by the DEARTE Contemporary Foundation to create a dedicated space for erotic art. This project brought a new cultural presence to Medinaceli focused on this often-overlooked artistic direction.

The collection brings together international artists who explore intimacy and desire through their work, creating conversations about the human form and relationships. Visitors move through spaces designed to feel welcoming rather than clinical, where the art becomes a bridge between personal experience and artistic expression.

The museum features a garden space called El Jardín de las Delicias that displays artistic representations of desire from different historical periods. This garden setting provides a different perspective on the works and offers visitors a more immersive experience.
